One Main Street - Luxury Condos in Old Bellevue
If you are just learning about One Main Street, you might be wondering what all the fuss is about. Well, One Main Street is a new condominium building being constructed at 10,000 Main Street in Bellevue. The building has been designed to compliment the neighborhood - called Old Bellevue - which is what sets it apart from the competing projects in downtown Bellevue.
Main Street has a different vibe altogether. It's where the city began and the place where small, locally owned businesses dominate the landscape. It's a walker's haven filled with cafes, boutiques and flower shops creating a neighborly, small town feel. Downtown park is just a block north of Main Street and Meydenbauer Bay is about a block south. Bellevue Square is just beyond the park, so you still feel connected to the big time shopping that Bellevue is known for.
Topping out at 10 stories, the building is not like the high-rises found in downtown. It's much smaller with an average of only 8 homes on each floor. The intention is to keep the building personal – much like Main Street, where neighbors know each other and there's a real sense of community.
